Destructible and resurrectable are properties that you apply to an object in the radient editor - I think that stuff gets compiled into the final map and cannot be fixed. If those flags are 0, then no dice no matter what the scripting behavior is. I have no way of verifying what it is for bremen without having the original map source. You can see this here:
The script for breman has all of the triggers and flags for allowing the tank to be damaged and repaired, it just doesn't have the properties at the map level that would even produce those triggers.
