Just wondering if anyone actually uses the mods we have. I know some use the flowers, but does anyone use the sounds (and I'm not talking about the !play sounds, these are alternate weapon sounds)?

I was asking Jayd about them the other day, I totally forgot about them. Didn't know until now that we had a page for them.

I found out about the mods a while ago but I don't like non-stock sounds and don't care for a different mine model so I never bothered installing them

Yeah I'm aware of the mods, and I use the Shusters Mine Markers mod as you know, but I don't like most of the real weapon sounds so I don't use that mod. They're too loud and after 10+ years of hearing ET's sounds, I think I'm just opposed to trying out new ones.

I'm pretty sure those custom sounds are from MOHAA

Perhaps, I downloaded a bunch of different custom sound packs and compiled our own from the ones I liked.

I use shusters dancing flower mines.
I used to use the weapon sounds, but stopped using them because I'd go deaf every time I used a thompson. I enjoy some of the other weapon sounds though.
