Okay I'm in the market for new headphones.. What do you all use/recommend?
I've been looking at these, but I'm open to suggestions.
Razer Kraken Pro

I'd have to post when I get home. I don't remember what I have LOL. They are similar to these:

Although mine are red and black. They have really good sound, perfect for zeroing in on those noisy boot steps in ET and subtle noises that give away the enemies position. Mic is good enough on TS that Venom thinks I'm Seth Rogan, so that's good

Planning on joining TS finally???
BTW, I have this headset
+ cheap
+ fairly durable
+ light and comfortable
+/- not over ear, you can hear what's going on (it was a requirement for me at the time)
+/- cord control
+/- 2x 3.5mm jack
+/- I'm not sure about the microphone, never really got any feedback from other or cared to record to check
If I were to buy another set, I would look at Sennheiser cuz I'm a sucker for their stuff

Oh yeah, you sound very French with that mic. Something must be wrong

Did you just buy that style so you wouldn't mess up your hair?

DONT GET THE KRAKEN PRO!!! They are really uncomfortable despite a lot of people saying otherwise.
I went with sin's advice and got the Plantronics GameCom 780.
Very comfortable compared to the Kraken and the sound quality is better IMO
Only thing to mention is that they are a USB headset. I prefer that better anyway

If you want to sound as cool as me and have the ability to go to the kitchen for game night nom noms get this set. (yes I do mean burn some cash to get em because uninterrupted gaming is more important than money.)

In black
I fucking love these things. I have a big head and big ears and these things are really comfortable even over extended periods of time. Not really noise cancelling or anything but the sound quality is good and the collapsible mic is a bonus for me.

siennhieserrs r nice but may I suggest just as set of g35's Logitech. I have had mine for about 6 years now. I like the braided cord and they r duriable . the only thing i didn't like about mine were that the earpads r starting to rub off and come apart. they are usb as well. I kno that can get kinda annoying with that realtek program bullcrap unless u have a aftermarket soundcard.
