Winnie, do you have the tracking # for the package? If you have the tracker you can call whoever was supposed to deliver it. If someone truly stole it then you'll get your money back either through your bank or the package handlers.
If you're anxious or whatever about following through with some of this take Jayd up on his offer. $1500 is a lot of money.
