basically wat he means is that u need a subnet ban, which would ban all the people from that area

b/c when u ban, as matt5 has showed us couple times, is that u can easily change ur ip and wat not, so a ban is not effective

a subnet ban would ban all posisble ips from that area, or sometin like that, which wuld in turn bany alotta innocent people

well depending on how smart, even a subnet work work... i THINK a hardwear would BUT im not sure if that only bans the HARD DRIVE... how ever you cant ban like that so... na na naaaaa na ppppppoooooooo pooooooooooo lol...

for example mr LEET, had prob a proxy runnin, got around a normal ban, guid, pbban and w/e nort threw at him, he came back a minute after, nort was tryin to track down his ip to pop him a personal message on his computadora, cept the pubs voted to kick the fuck, and as matt i think sed, the kick kept him away longer than a ban
