I agree with everything Jayd has said. I don't think the 1050 Ti is going to cut it though. It's just not very future proof, free up money elsewhere and get at least a 1060/580.
I also am a big proponent of getting a nice monitor. If you're building a PC in 2018, it has to be with at least 144 hz in mind. The HUGE draw towards PC gaming is that it can do what the consoles wish they could do. Higher frames, higher resolution, multi-tasking, G-Sync, FreeSync etc. There are deals to be had if you scour
