Its a big phased project that i am in on. Cisco Upgrade for the phones on the backend at the branches which also requires a desktop agent upgrade at same time. My part of it is just the desktop work but thats about 1000-1500 machines each weekend we rolling. Getting about a 5% failure rate and these are call taking so have to be up and working by monday morning.
