BUG FIX: Member page personal data

So V2 pointed out to me that he was unable to edit his own record on the members page:

http://www.iowclan.net/iow/portal.php?page=5

If you have experienced this problem (saying just "this user has not specified any data") and didn't know what to do, I believe I have fixed a bug there.

When hovering over your own image on the page, you should see this:

I apologize for the inconvenience. Let me know if this resolves this problem. I know a number of you might have tried to edit your own information and were unable to.
