My one friend got one of those "cute cards" as you call them. She was just short of rolling on the floor because of it. I also like your all caps warning frustration. It made my day.

Gave and received a gift today. My girlfriend and I had originally decided not to exchange gifts for two reasons: One, our one year anniversary is so close, that we'd just mix the two days together. Two, we both agree that there should not be a designated day to show extra affection to one another. These plans changed as I decided to get her an early departing gift for her trip to Florida the beginning of March. She followed suit as to not feel bad, even though I did say exactly, "you don't need to get me anything, this holiday is for women only".

We didn't get to the old "bump n' grind", but damn that red top had mucho cleavage :smt103 Very sexy.

well to be honest "Valentines Day" is not one of the most important day for me. I appreciate when my boyfriend spoils me on this day, but it's not an obligation I would not be angry at him because he does not offer gifts, but like i know him he will bring me on a good restaurant and we will have fun, i wont refuse though =P!
but i prefer the i love you than a gift.
