Not sure, remember when you are running things locally, all you get is ETMAIN, so maybe there are some extra files in the directory that is needed for (an updated) server, but not your local machine. ...

Sadly no. Its more like railgun in the sense where you have a trolly car that has to be moved as one of the objectives. Though it has more windows to shoot out of. I have time to look.
